Free online Service Desk

If you have problems with something, please let us know via the online Service Desk. You can contact the Service Desk for all technical, administrative and contextual questions. The Service Desk can be found in the supervisor account (> click on Service Desk at the bottom of the page) and the course account (> Course > Service Desk)

We usually respond within one working day. During the holidays it could be two working days sometimes.

Complaint procedure

If you have a comment, suggestion or complaint about TypeTopia, please let us know by sending an email to our customer service or through the Service Desk which can be found in the course environment. We aim to respond to your suggestion or complaint within 1 working day. However, we guarantee that you will receive a substantive response from us via email or Service Desk within 3 working days at the latest. We appreciate your giving us the opportunity to resolve your complaint. The complaint will be presented to the director of TopiaTeam B.V., Mr. A.R. van Bavel. Disputes between the consumer and TopiaTeam B.V. can be submitted both by the consumer and by Topia Team B.V. to the Geschillencommissie Thuiswinkel (Home-Shopping Disputes Committee), PO Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl).
