Free online Service Desk

If you have trouble finding something, let us know through the online Service Desk and we will get in touch with you. You can contact the Service Desk for all technical, administrative and content-related questions. You can find the Service Desk in the course environment. For this, you need the login data of the student account.

If your child does not have an account yet, click here. Usually, you will receive an answer within one working day, in the holiday periods this can sometimes be two working days.

Complaints procedure

If you have any comments, tips or complaints about TypeTopia, please let us know by email to our customer service or via the Service Desk, located in the training login area. We aim to respond to your tip or complaint within 1 working day. However, we guarantee that you will receive a substantive response from us through email or Service Desk within 3 working days at the latest. We appreciate the fact that you give us the opportunity to solve your complaint. The complaint will be submitted to the director of TopiaTeam B.V., Mr. A.R. van Bavel. Disagreements between the consumer and TopiaTeam B.V. may be submitted by either the consumer or Topia Team B.V. to the Home Store Disputes Committee, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl).
